ONE NIGHT CAMPING SAFARI

For those who don’t have much time - this is the Safari for you!

You get to see and experience the southern part of Kruger National Park. Be part of your surroundings with a "braai" under the awesome African night sky, a night in a tent while the lions roar and the hyenas laugh, and start the next day with a hearty "bush breakfast". You will do a Night Drive with the Kruger National Park Guides, and an early morning Game Drive. During the day we also see many of the wild animals that this world famous park is renowned for!

Same programm as the camping safari, but you stay in a hut instead of a tent.

THREE DAY TWO NIGHT SAFARI
 
This fantastic 3-day 2-night Safari trip into the world famous Kruger National Park is the all-time favourite experience of a lifetime.

Kruger Inn Backpackers is in the Marloth Park Nature Conservancy bordering the world renowned Kruger National Park.

- 18 km from the Crocodile Bridge entrance gate to the Kruger National Park
- 450 kms from Johannesburg
- 110 km from Maputo and
- 100 km from Kruger International Airport Nelspruit

Collection to and from Nelspruit airport can be provided by prior arrangement.
 
The Marloth Park turn-off is 10kms after Hectorspruit on the N4 from Nelspruit / Johannesburg and 18kms from Komatipoort on the N4.

If you exit the Kruger Park at Crocodile Gate then you take the 1st turn off right (Marloth Park). It is a gravel road. Continue to the T-junction - turn right and enter the gates of Marloth Park. Continue on the tar road to Kruger Inn Backpackers, No. 2007 Olifants Drive.

There are excellent bus services (Greyhound & City to City) from Johannesburg and Maputo which stop at Komatipoort. Collection and transport to Kruger Inn Backpackers can be provided by prior arrangement.

Braai area - Outside "star roof shower" - Fully equipped communal kitchen with fridge, microwave, cooker, etc - Viewing deck - Bath and hot showers - "Champagne Bush Breakfasts" and "Sundowner Sunset Game Drives" available - Kruger National Park Tours in open Safari Vehicles and camping/chalet trips arranged. Visits to a Swazi Cultural Village and local attractions also arranged by us.

WALKING SAFARI - Marloth Park has NO FENCES which means you may find wild animals such as impala, nyala, giraffe, zebra, kudu, wildebeest, warthogs and many more ON YOUR VERY DOORSTEP! Be at one with nature at the closest possible level. We even have our own private Nature Reserve "Lionspruit" where you may come face to face with lion, rhino, buffalo, leopard, and many more wild animals right next to the Backpackers! So take a stroll around Marloth Park and see what you encounter ...

SWIMMING POOL - Feel free to use the swimming pool in Marloth Park. It has braai facilities , bathrooms and plenty of grass for the kids to play. This area is on the border of the Kruger National Park with stunning views of the Kruger Park and crocodile river.

RESTAURANTS - There are a number of Pubs and Restaurants close to the Backpackers.
